JHS Media Group is looking for a Business Development Manager – Media & Advertising responsible for driving new business, acquiring clients, building strong business relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, references, meetings, and market research.
Acquire new clients and develop long-term business relationships.
Understand client requirements and present suitable media, branding, advertising, PR, and marketing solutions.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
Conduct client meetings and deliver effective sales presentations.
Coordinate with Brand, PR, Creative, Digital, and Operations teams for smooth project execution.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and repeat business.
Track sales pipeline, leads, conversions, and revenue on a regular basis.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
Prepare regular business development reports for management.

Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
3–6 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Media, Advertising, Marketing, or a related industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
Target-oriented and comfortable working with revenue goals.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated, confident, and proactive approach.
Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with internal teams.
