Role: Business Developemnt Manager (BDM)

Program: Bharat Aawaz

Organization: Bharat Media Association (BMA)

Location: Banjarahills, Hyderabad

Compensation: 15,000 - 50,000 (15,000 Fixed + ₹30,000 Incentives Variable)

Metrics: Fixed + Incentives

Experience: 0-5 Years

•Key Performance Metrics (KPIs)• Monthly Enrolments : 300 (Minimum)

Monthly Leads: Managed 100+

What You Do?

The Role is a Mix Of Both Marketing and Sales With Support, Selection and Closure.

Respond to all Leads Generated and Landed On WhatsApp

Ensure To Collect all Basic Details Through Chat Or Call

Share all Relevant and Informative Videos

Conduct Telephonic Interviews of all Applied Candidates (Reporters)

Follow Up and Complete Payments & Closure.

What You Will Do (The Core Challenge)

The Closer: Master the consultative sales cycle to achieve a minimum of 400+ confirmed enrolments (closures) per month from a pipeline of 1000+ pre-qualified leads.

Elite Advocacy: Serve as the program expert, conducting persuasive in-person/virtual meetings to detail undeniable advantage of Bharat Aawaz.

Evidence-Based Closing: Leverage BMA’s Media portfolio (YouTube, case studies) to build trust and immediately overcome objections.•Pipeline Command•: Meticulously track and manage all sales activities in the CRM/WhatsApp system, driving the process from initial call to final payment.

We Are Looking For a High-Impact Closer

Experience: Passion and Proven expertise and a verifiable track record in consultative sales or high-value enrolment (Education, Ed-Tech, or Media B2C experience preferred).

Sales Acumen: Exceptional closing ability, superior objection handling, and history of achieving demanding monthly targets.

Communication: Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills in English and local languages. (Telugu, English,...)

Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Indian Media Landscape and the power of Digital Media.
