Key Responsibilities
• Engage with potential clients provided by the company.
• Counsel prospects effectively by understanding their needs and presenting suitable i2Global offerings.
• Drive closures by conducting follow-ups, virtual meetings, and negotiations with high conversion intent.
• Collaborate with internal teams for scheduling demos, resolving queries, and ensuring smooth onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations, progress status, and closure details in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets as per the sales plan.
• Report daily progress and conversion metrics to the reporting manager. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Proven experience in sales
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong follow-up and negotiation techniques.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, email communication, and Google Sheets.
