Role Overview:
We're on the hunt for a results-oriented Corporate Sales Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can build strong, lasting relationships with corporate clients. Your mission? Understand client needs, offer tailor-made merchandise solutions, and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and pitch Hotmuggs products to corporate clients and bulk buyers.

  • Understand client requirements in detail to provide customized merchandise and gifting solutions.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations in sync with client expectations.

  • Collaborate with the design and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals and post-sale support.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets with smart planning and consistent follow-ups.

  • Build long-term client relationships through trust, consistency, and top-notch service.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B or corporate sales (experience in merchandising or gifting is a plus).

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • High energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines with ease.

  • A passion for smart design and a great eye for detail.
