We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in our construction business. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, handling project negotiations, and achieving revenue targets across residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction sector
Generate leads through site visits, networking, referrals, and market research
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors
Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical/project teams
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project terms
Track tenders, RFQs, and project pipelines
Achieve monthly and annual sales/revenue targets
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Ensure smooth handover of projects to execution teams after closure
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field
3+ years of experience in business development or sales within the construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction projects, contracts, and bidding processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
Preferred Experience
Experience in Residential / Commercial / Infrastructure / Interior / EPC projects
Strong network of developers, consultants, and decision-makers
Experience handling high-value construction deals
