Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our expanding beauty and personal care brand. You will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through offline and online channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Beauty & Personal Care industry

• Build strong relationships with B2B and B2C partners, influencers, and channel distributors.

• Pitch product offerings and services to potential clients with a focus on premium beauty products.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends in the beauty industry.

• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to support go-to-market strategies.

• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to expand the brand's network and visibility.

• Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, including lead generation, follow-up, proposal development, and closure.

• Prepare and present reports on sales targets, forecasts, and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in business development, preferably in the beauty,

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.

• Passionate about the beauty industry and up-to-date with the latest trends.

• Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting.
