Business Development Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager for our ENSIS – Panchakarma, Spa & Wellness Furniture Division.

The candidate will be responsible for developing B2B and institutional business for specialized Panchakarma furniture, Ayurveda therapy equipment, spa & wellness furniture and customized wellness solutions.

The role requires strong business development capabilities, direct client interaction, understanding of project requirements, preparation of commercial proposals, negotiation, order closure and payment/collection coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new B2B and institutional sales opportunities.

• Identify and approach Ayurveda hospitals, Panchakarma centres, wellness centres, spas, resorts, hotels, clinics and healthcare institutions.

• Develop relationships with Ayurvedic doctors, wellness consultants, architects, interior designers, hospital owners, spa operators and institutional buyers.

• Conduct client meetings and product presentations.

• Understand client requirements for Panchakarma, Ayurveda, Spa and Wellness projects.

• Recommend suitable furniture/products and customized solutions.

• Prepare and coordinate quotations, commercial proposals and project requirements.

• Regularly follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.

• Handle commercial negotiations and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

• Coordinate internally with design, production and operations teams for order execution.

• Follow up for payments and coordinate collections.

• Develop dealer/channel/institutional business opportunities wherever applicable.

• Maintain sales reports, enquiry status and client database.

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Candidate Profile

Candidate should preferably have 4–7 years of B2B/business development experience in one or more of these industries:

Ayurveda & Panchakarma | Spa & Wellness | Hospitality | Wellness Furniture | Hospital/Institutional Furniture | Premium/Customized Furniture

Candidates having an existing network of Ayurveda centres, wellness clinics, hotels, resorts, spas, hospitals, architects or institutional buyers will be preferred.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline
MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be preferred.

Compensation

₹40,000 – ₹55,000 CTC per month + Attractive Sales Incentives

Final compensation will depend upon relevant experience, existing industry exposure and sales capability.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
