Job Summary:
We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Manager to lead student acquisition for our overseas education services. This role involves generating leads, building college partnerships, managing telecalling teams, and coordinating with counselors to drive conversions and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Business Development
Generate student leads through colleges, referrals, digital platforms, and events
Build and maintain partnerships with colleges, institutions, and coaching centers
Conduct seminars and presentations on study abroad opportunities
College Visits & Field Work (Mandatory)
Visit colleges regularly to establish and maintain partnerships
Meet placement officers, HODs, and administration for tie-ups
Organize on-campus activities such as seminars and awareness sessions
Generate student leads through direct engagement
Marketing & Promotion
Execute online and offline marketing activities
Represent the company at campus drives, events, and promotional campaigns
Team Handling
Manage and monitor telecalling team performance
Track daily activities including calls, follow-ups, and conversions
Coordination & Lead Management
Coordinate with counselors for smooth lead handover
Track student progress from lead to enrollment
Ensure timely follow-ups and proper lead management
Conversion & Reporting
Handle key leads and drive conversions
Maintain lead data and basic performance reports
Requirements:
3–6+ years of experience in sales/marketing
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience in handling teams
Willingness to travel and visit colleges regularly (mandatory)
Target-driven and self-motivated
Compensation:
Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives
