Business Development Manager/Executive

Location: B-35, I.D.C, Mehrauli-Gurgaon Road, Opposite Sector-14, Gurugram, Haryana, 122001.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager / Executive to drive business growth by generating new leads, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills with a passion for the furniture and interior design industry.

Key Responsibilities

 Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.

 Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, corporate clients, dealers, and channel partners.

 Conduct client meetings, understand project requirements, and present suitable furniture and interior solutions.

 Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients.

 Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales deals.

 Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

 Coordinate with the design, production, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.

 Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM/Excel.

 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

 Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, networking events, and promotional activities to generate business.

 Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term business relationships.

Required Candidate Profile

 Minimum 3+ years of experience for Manager and 1 year for Executive role.

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

 MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.

 Candidate should be based in Delhi NCR/Gurugram.

Preferred Skills

 Excellent communication and presentation skills.

 Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

 Client relationship management.

 Lead generation and business development.

 Sales planning and target achievement.

 Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

 CRM software knowledge is an advantage.

 Self-motivated, proactive, and result-driven.
