Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented CALL QUALITY ANALYST to monitor, evaluate, and improve process quality standards. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in voice processes, sales environments, and quality monitoring frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Graduate in any discipline.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quality Analyst (on paper).

  • Familiarity with Quality Control (QC) tools and methodologies.

  • Experience in Sales processes.

  • Understanding of BQ Management.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Confident personality with a professional approach.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience as a Quality Analyst in a Voice Process.

    • Hands-on experience with quality monitoring and reporting tools.
