Business Development Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to handle leasing and sub-leasing for our Data Center project. The role requires end-to-end ownership — from negotiating leases with data center providers to acquiring enterprise clients for sub-leasing.

Responsibilities

• Identify and negotiate leasing opportunities with data center providers.

• Acquire enterprise / SME clients for sub-leasing colocation space.

• Build partnerships and manage client relationships.

• Prepare proposals, contracts, and maintain leasing documentation.

• Work with technical team to ensure client requirements (power, racks, bandwidth) are delivered.

Requirements

• Graduate / Postgraduate with 3–7 years’ experience in B2B Sales / Real Estate Leasing / Data Center / IT Infra Sales.

• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building ability.

• Knowledge of data center / colocation / cloud industry is preferred.

Salary: Competitive + Incentives (based on experience)
