Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Company: Brainstorm Visa Services Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Saket, New Delhi
Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

Manage website enquiries and online leads, and assign leads to junior team members.
Monitor client follow-ups and track sales conversions.
Research trending work visa countries, visa opportunities, and market demand.
Maintain knowledge of work visa processes, eligibility criteria, documentation, and country-specific requirements.
Analyse competitors and develop effective client-targeting strategies.
Manage website content, Facebook page, and social media activities.
Generate new leads and support overall business growth.

Requirements:

2–5 years of experience in business development or visa consultancy.
Good knowledge of work visa processes and documentation.
Strong communication, sales, research, and team-management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM tools.
