Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

· Client Relationship Management:

o Serve as the primary point of contact for key corporate clients.

o Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring trust and repeat business.

· Project & Event Management:

o Understand client objectives and translate them into creative event concepts.

o Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, operations) for seamless execution.

o Oversee event budgets, timelines, and deliverables.

· Business Development:

o Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell event solutions to existing accounts.

o Proactively pitch innovative ideas to enhance client engagement.

· Strategic Planning & Reporting:

o Maintain detailed client records, proposals, and reports.

o Provide regular updates on project status, budgets, and ROI metrics.
