As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of our student acquisition strategy, driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and providing guidance to students. This role blends sales, career advisory, and client relationship management in the evolving landscape of educational technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, engage, and convert prospective students through effective lead generation, outreach, and nurturing strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners to understand their needs and offer suitable education solutions.
Conduct career counseling sessions for students interested in higher education (domestic and international).
Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to develop and execute growth strategies and campaigns.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and referral generation.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics and optimize conversion strategies.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in B2C Sales, EdTech, Counseling, or BPO industries (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
A passion for education, student success, and continuous learning.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Marketing, Education, Business,).
