Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships to drive business growth. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and promoting our digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels such as networking, LinkedIn, cold calling, email, and social media.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their marketing needs and provide tailored digital marketing solutions.
Pitch digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and web development to potential clients.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor strategies.
Collaborate with the internal marketing and design teams to develop effective sales presentations and proposals.
Manage and track sales pipelines, follow-ups, and closures using CRM tools.
Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing services, trends, and tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to generate leads and close deals effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and digital marketing tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Strong analytical skills and ability to understand client needs.
