Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet sales targets and grow our customer base in Assigned Territory.

  • Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead-generation strategies.

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and present customized SaaS CRM solutions.

  • Deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the benefits of our CRM solutions.

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 1-3 years' experience in B2B sales,

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and the ability to work independently.

  • Familiarity with the Assigned Territory market and a network of business contacts is additional benefit.
