Job Summary:
The Relationship Manager is responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients. This role involves understanding customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
● Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
● Meet assigned sales/revenue targets on a monthly/quarterly basis
● Handle client onboarding, documentation, and account activation
● Act as the point of contact for clients and ensure prompt issue resolution
● Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
● Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
● Cross-sell or upsell products as per client profiles and company goals
● Maintain accurate client records in CRM tools
● Participate in promotional and networking events to increase visibility
