Position: Business Development Manager – DSA (Loan & Credit Card)

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (plus attractive incentives)
A R Meridian is a growing financial services company committed to providing innovative loan and credit card solutions. We are expanding our Direct Selling Agent (DSA) network and looking for skilled professionals to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and ensure excellence in financial services.
As a Business Development Manager – DSA, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and managing relationships with DSAs, driving loan and credit card sales, and ensuring achievement of monthly targets. This role requires excellent networking skills, financial product knowledge, and a result-oriented mindset.
Identify, recruit, and manage DSAs (Direct Selling Agents) for loans and credit cards.
Drive sales and achieve monthly targets for loan disbursements and credit card acquisitions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and clients.
Train and support DSAs on product features, processes, and compliance requirements.
Develop strategies to expand market reach and enhance customer base.
Ensure adherence to company policies, guidelines, and compliance norms.
Regular reporting of sales performance, pipeline, and target achievements to management.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth loan and credit card processing.
Strong knowledge of loan products (personal loan, business loan, etc.) and credit card offerings.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to recruit, motivate, and manage DSAs effectively.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in using MS Office / digital tools for reporting and presentations.
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services / loans / credit cards.
Prior experience in managing DSAs or channel sales will be an added advantage.
Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
