JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Title- Business Development Executive

Job details- The “Business Development Executive” will make calls to international clients from countries like the US, UK, Australia, Germany, Singapore, and more. This role offers valuable experience in international sales and exposure to global business environments.

Roles and Responsibilities:

·         Handle customers' inbound and outbound calls.

·         Answer their queries professionally and provide information about our services.

·         Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, comments and actions taken upon the client’s requests.

·         Accelerating company growth by sourcing new clients.

·         Keeping a close eye on client’s feedback.

·         Suggesting any upgrades that may interest potential clients.

Skills Required:

·         Strong communications skills.

·         Strong Interpersonal skills.

·         Basic computer skills.

·         A relevant Bachelors/Master’s degree.

·         A keen interest in business development.

·          An eye for changing business trends and,

·         Strong communication and convincing skills.

Eligibility-

•          Both fresher and experienced can apply with a good knowledge of English.

•          Qualification: BBA,B.COM, MBA, BA (Arts)

•          Job type: Full time [WFO]

•          Shift: Day shift- 10 AM – 6 PM

•          Work days: 6 days Monday – Saturday

•          Salary: Upto 2.5 LPA + Laptop allowance 700/-  + Incentives (variable)

•          Benefits: Group health allowance of 2 lacs

•          Office Location: Ganga Heights (2nd Floor), Gandhi Nagar More, Tonk Road, Jaipur (Opposite Kailash Tower)

Note:  Employee has to work with their own laptop for which they will receive Laptop allowance
