We are looking for high-energy, goal-oriented Business Development Executives to join our fast-growing EdTech Sales Team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales, student counseling, revenue growth, and career building.
Counsel students and working professionals on online & classroom training programs
Convert qualified leads into paid admissions through effective follow-ups
Handle inbound & outbound inquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media
Maintain accurate data and track sales pipelines using CRM tools
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Build strong relationships with prospects to ensure high conversion rates
Share regular performance reports and revenue updates with the team
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Minimum 6 months of Inside Sales / BDE experience (EdTech preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Experience in telecalling, lead conversion, and target-driven sales
Self-motivated, performance-focused, and growth-oriented mindset
Hands-on experience with CRM tools is a plus
