Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our IT sales team. The BDE will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, pitching IT services, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, market research ability, and a proactive attitude to drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calls, email campaigns, bidding platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.), and networking.

Understand client requirements and present suitable IT solutions (Web Development, Mobile Apps, Salesforce, SEO, PPC, Cloud, etc.).

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate deals to close projects.

Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth project delivery.

Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.

Maintain sales pipeline, track progress, and submit regular reports to management.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong interest in IT services and digital solutions.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Familiarity with CRM tools, lead generation platforms, or sales tools is a plus.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
