The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, building strong business relationships, and converting prospects into long-term clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, prospecting, and relationship management skills with a strong interest in B2B sales and recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, WhatsApp outreach, and networking.
Identify companies actively hiring and connect with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, Founders, and decision-makers.
Build and maintain a qualified database of prospects and potential clients.
Schedule client meetings and understand hiring requirements.
Present recruitment and staffing solutions to prospective clients.
Collaborate with recruitment teams to understand client mandates and hiring needs.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems.
Develop and nurture long-term client relationships.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, hiring patterns, and business opportunities.
Support revenue growth through successful client onboarding and account management.
Follow up with prospects regularly and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
