KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive membership sales for the lifestyle program by actively engaging with high-profile guests and diners at partner hotels in Ahmedabad.
• Achieve and exceed monthly membership sales targets through proactive pitching, follow-ups and relationship building.
• Handle member reservations, complaints and concerns efficiently, ensuring a premium guest experience.
• Build a strong local network with frequent diners, corporate guests and hotel F&B teams to generate referrals and repeat sales.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions and member interactions for reporting to the Regional Programme Manager.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Presentable, enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work independently with a sales-driven mindset.
• Positive attitude, professional and outgoing personality is essential.
• Good command of English and Gujarati; strong time management skills.
• Proven ability to convert conversations into sales, with good communication and negotiation skills.
• On-the-job training provided; clear career growth path for high-performing sales talent.
• Diploma in Hospitality Management or Sales/Marketing preferred.
• Up to 4 years' experience in a similar sales or guest relations role, ideally within hospitality.
