Job Description
WTF Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and energetic B2B Sales & Marketing Executive for the Amplify Profile team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, client relationship management, and business development, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities through lead generation and market research.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and product/service demonstrations.
Create and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and business growth.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
Prepare reports and provide regular updates to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in B2B sales and marketing is preferred.
Ability to build client relationships and close deals effectively.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and digital marketing concepts is an advantage.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Requirements:

6month –3 years of experience in B2B sales/marketing.
Strong presentation and networking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and online business tools.
