About the Role

Wisecor Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic, result-oriented, and target-driven Business Development Executives (BDEs) to source Unsecured Business Loans on behalf of Bank as a Direct Sales Agent (DSA).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer acquisition, business loan sales, and successful loan disbursement. This role is best suited for professionals with strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in financial products or business loan sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for unsecured business loan products.

• Acquire new SME, MSME, and corporate customers.

• Make a minimum of 100 calls per day to prospective clients.

• Explain and promote business loan products to potential customers.

• Convert qualified leads into successful loan disbursements.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Follow up regularly with prospects and existing customers.

• Coordinate with internal teams and bank officials for smooth processing.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.

Loan Portfolio

• Unsecured Business Loans ranging from ₹1 Crore to ₹5 Crores.

Required Skills

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

• 2–6 years of experience in Business Loans, BFSI Sales, DSA Sales, Banking Sales, or Financial Services.

• Prior experience in unsecured business loan sales will be preferred.
