Area Sales Officer

We are looking for a Area Sales Officer to join our team The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹35,000 - ₹60,000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities: -Achieve monthly sales volume, retail, and market share targets for the LCV segment. - Manage sales performance including enquiry flow, test drives, sales processes, and conversion efficiency. - Monitor team’s readiness, product knowledge, and customer handling quality. - Strengthen retail finance penetration by coordinating with banks/NBFCs and driving LCV finance schemes. - Ensure pricing discipline, scheme execution, and timely stock rotation at dealerships. - Conduct area-level competitor analysis (pricing, payload, range, schemes, and fleet penetration). - Lead demand-generation activities—road shows, market storms, product demos, fleet trials, and BTL initiatives. - Track DMS/CRM funnel accuracy and ensure strong follow-up discipline. - Support dealer expansion, new outlet on boarding, and sales team capability building. - Build strong relationships with fleet owners, transporters, small logistics companies, and channel influencers. - Ensure seamless coordination with service, operations, and backend teams to improve customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria: - Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred. - 5-10 years of experience in LCV/MCV sales - Strong understanding of commercial vehicle use-cases, fleet buying behavior, and dealer operations. - Proven experience in fleet sales, B2B sales, or light commercial vehicle segment preferred.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 6 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
