Role Overview

We’re hiring a freelance-based Business Development Executive who can grow with us by finding, communicating, and converting potential clients.

This is NOT a target-pressure corporate sales job.

This role is for someone who understands creative businesses, enjoys communication, can confidently handle clients, knows how to build trust, understands premium positioning, and can close deals professionally

You’ll basically become the bridge between Vissora and future clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Finding potential leads and clients through different platforms

  • Understand client's requirements and explain services professionally

  • Handling client communication and follow-ups

  • Closing deals and onboarding clients

  • Maintaining healthy client relationships

  • Coordinating internally after project confirmation

Who We’re Looking For

You might be a perfect fit if you:

  • Have strong communication skills (English + Hindi)

  • Understand creative/design industry basics

  • Know how agencies work

  • Can confidently speak with founders/business owners

  • Are organized, responsive and self-driven

  • Understand premium client handling

  • Can work independently in a remote setup

Bonus to Have

  • Experience in agency sales/business development

  • Knowledge of creative services like branding, UI-UX, websites, packaging, motion graphics, etc.

  • Lead generation experience

  • Proposal or negotiation experience

  • Existing network/business connections

Compensation Structure

This role is primarily commission-based. (Compensation structure will be discussed during the interview based on experience and capabilities.)

Commission Details:
