About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our Digital Marketing Agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and promoting the company's digital marketing services. The candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a passion for sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Business Development
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling.
Prospect and connect with potential clients across various industries.
Schedule meetings and presentations with decision-makers and business owners.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Client Acquisition
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
Pitch services including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Website Development, E-Commerce Solutions, Content Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and Branding.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and service presentations.
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Follow up with prospects and existing clients regularly.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams.
Sales Target Achievement
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Track and report sales activities through CRM tools.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and conversions.
Continuously work on improving conversion rates and revenue generation.
Market Research
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
Identify new business opportunities and emerging market segments.
Provide market feedback to management for service improvement and business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
0–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development.
Experience in Digital Marketing, IT Services, Advertising, Media, or Agency Sales will be preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to generate leads through multiple channels.
Good understanding of digital marketing services and online business solutions.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven mindset.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience selling Digital Marketing Services, Website Development, SEO, Social Media Marketing, or Performance Marketing services.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
