Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Leader to oversee, guide, and motivate a team of sales executives. The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for achieving sales targets, driving business growth, ensuring exceptional customer engagement, and fostering a high-performance sales culture.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand customer base.

  • Monitor team performance through KPIs and provide regular feedback and coaching.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.

  • Collaborate with management to forecast sales goals and track progress.

  • Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

  • Handle escalated client queries and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare sales reports, analyze market trends, and suggest improvements.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and market trends.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
