We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with 1–5 years of experience in the Interior design or fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the interior design and fit-out sector.
Meet with clients to understand project requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Collaborate with the design and execution teams to ensure client expectations are met.
Prepare and deliver effective presentations and proposals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Participate in industry events, networking, and exhibitions to promote the company.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
1to 5 years of proven experience in business development or sales in the interior design/fit-out industry.
Strong network of architects, designers, project managers, or real estate developers is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
