We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at Vedika Finance. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage in new business opportunities through various channels.
Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential customers effectively.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth execution of the sales process.
Prepare engaging presentations to highlight product benefits.
Maintain a record of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups.
Client Coordination: Assist in sale new credit card.
Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage 20 Field Sales Executives under their supervision.
Field Sales Support: Work closely with Field Sales Executives (FSEs) to ensure smooth sales new credit cards processes.
Credit Card Task Execution: Deliver tasks across new credit card sales models.
Customer Outreach: Explain product details and facilitate credit card issuance.
Lead Follow-up: Ensure same-day account activation.
Target Achievement: Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records and report progress to the Project Head.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and above and 1 - 3 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Computer Knowledge,Lead Generation,Convincing Skills,Cold Calling,MS Excel is an added advantage.
Eligibility & Requirements.
Education: Graduate/Undergraduate (Commerce/Finance preferred).
Experience: Prior experience in sales, banking, or account opening preferred.
Skills: Strong communication, client handling, team management, and target-driven mindset.
