Careerkick Services is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader – Senior Counsellor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students/customers, managing counselling activities, building strong client relationships, and achieving organizational goals. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills along with a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential students/customers through various channels.
Counsel and guide students/customers regarding services, programs, and opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions accordingly.
Lead and motivate team members to achieve counselling and conversion targets.
Conduct follow-ups and maintain regular communication with leads and clients.
Prepare and deliver presentations or counselling sessions effectively.
Maintain accurate records of counselling activities, leads, and follow-ups.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional support and communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience
1–2 years of experience in Counselling, Sales, Client Handling, or a related field.
Skills Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Customer-centric and target-oriented approach.
Good convincing and relationship management skills.
Ability to handle counselling sessions confidently and professionally.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools will be an added advantage.
