Business Development Executive

 Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with prospects in Pune, Mumbai, Delhi, and Bengaluru to promote our home inspection services.

- Conduct initial outreach and follow-ups through various communication channels.

- Present the benefits and features of our inspection services to potential clients.

- Schedule and coordinate home inspections with the operations team.

- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and timely information.

- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies.

- Provide feedback and insights on lead quality and campaign effectiveness to the marketing team.

 Requirements:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a customer-centric approach.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Familiarity with digital marketing and CRM tools is a plus.

- Based in or willing to relocate to Pune, Mumbai, Delhi, or Bengaluru.
