Role Overview:
Responsible for generating new business, meeting clients, preparing proposals, and closing deals for housekeeping, security, and FM services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new clients in residential, commercial, and corporate sectors
Conduct site visits, understand requirements, and prepare quotations
Follow up with clients for approvals and closures
Build strong client relationships and maintain regular communication
Coordinate with Operations for smooth onboarding of new sites
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain sales reports
