Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers for loan products and collections.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients to promote loan services.

• Achieve monthly targets for loan disbursement and collections.

• Provide accurate information about loan products, eligibility, and documentation.

• Assist customers with the application process and follow up until completion.

• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
