Job Description: Business Development Executive (BDE)

CTC: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Experience Required: Fresher or Experienced
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and promote the bank's loan and collection products.

• Conduct field visits and client meetings to explain product features and benefits.

• Achieve assigned sales targets for loan disbursements and collections.

• Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions.

• Maintain customer relationships and follow up for timely loan repayments.

• Ensure proper documentation and adhere to compliance standards.

• Work collaboratively with the branch team to achieve business objectives.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong convincing and negotiation ability

• Willingness to work in field sales

• Basic knowledge of loan and financial products is an advantage

• Should be self-motivated and target-driven
