Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team at TekNirvana in Ahmedabad. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of successfully closing deals in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Identify and approach potential clients to generate leads and drive sales growth

✔ Minimum Qualification: B. Pharm / M. Pharm / MBA (Pharma, Marketing, International Business preferred)

✔ Experience: 2 to 3 years of business development or sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry

✔ Strong negotiation skills and a customer-first approach

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

✔ Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati preferred
