Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive / Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for calling on leads provided by management, understanding client requirements, and converting prospects into active clients. The role offers attractive incentives in addition to fixed salary based on performance.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads provided by management
Understand client requirements and explain company products/services clearly
Convert qualified leads into clients through effective sales pitching
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to close deals
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Update and maintain lead status in CRM or tracking sheet
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients
Share daily EOD (End of Day) reports with call details and outcomes
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and convincing skills (English & Hindi preferred)
Experience in Inside Sales / Telecalling / B2B or B2C Sales is an advantage
Ability to handle objections and close deals
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, or sales tracking tools
Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
