Job Description:

We are hiring a Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) for our security solutions business. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and converting leads into sales.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp & email

  • Generate new leads through calling and online methods

  • Understand customer requirements (site, usage, budget)

  • Suggest suitable solutions (CCTV, Biometric, Boom Barrier, Access Control)

  • Prepare estimation & quotation

  • Do regular follow-up with clients to close orders

  • Negotiate pricing and finalize deals

  • Coordinate with technical team for smooth installation


Requirements:

  • 0–3 years experience in sales / inside sales(fresher and experienced apply)

  • Experience in quotation making & follow-up preferred

  • Good communication & convincing skills

  • Basic knowledge of security systems (preferred)

  • Target-oriented mindset
