🌱 About the Role
We are seeking a motivated fresher or early professional passionate about building a career in FMCG Sales and Business Development. You will be responsible for expanding our market presence, increasing awareness of Indy Treats’ products, and developing strong customer and distributor networks.
This role offers fast learning, strong mentorship, and rapid career growth for the right candidate.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new retail, bulk buyers across different market segments.
Promote Indy Treats’ sprouted product range through store visits, demos, and product promotions.
Build awareness about the benefits of sprouted mixes among customers, retailers, and institutions.
Develop strategies to drive sales, increase visibility, and expand into new markets.
Conduct demos, sampling activities, and participate in promotional campaigns/events.
Maintain accurate reports of daily visits, lead pipelines, and sales conversions.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with relevant brands/partners.
Gather customer insights to guide business strategies.
Preparing periodical activity details for MIS Reports to help decision making.
💼 Desired Skills & Eligibility
Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in FMCG / Food / Pharma Sales.
Strong communication skills (English + South Indian languages preferred).
Good understanding or interest in FMCG and health-food products. Candidates interested in developing a Sales career.
Energetic, confident, and motivated to learn and grow.
Strong networking and negotiation abilities.
Willingness to travel based on requirement.
Two-wheeler & valid licence are mandatory.
Any graduate (business, marketing, food tech, Bio tech or pharma background is a plus).
