Handle incoming leads from WhatsApp, email, website, and other channels.
Perform professional communication via phone, WhatsApp, email, and online meetings.
Understand customer business profile, requirements, and challenges.
Present the correct software solution based on client needs.
Conduct multiple demo sessions (minimum 3 demo cycles).
Provide trial setup verification and guide clients during software usage.
Ensure complete pre-sales satisfaction before closing the deal.
Prepare quotations & proposals.
Handle negotiations confidently and smartly (without unnecessary discounting).
Achieve monthly revenue targets and maximize incentives.
Collect payment and ensure end-to-end deal completion.
Maintain strong rapport with prospects and customers.
Ensure timely follow-ups to convert warm leads into paid clients.
Offer after-sales support and coordinate with the technical team when needed.
Post software features, videos, offers, and updates on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.
Assist in planning and executing sales campaigns and offers.
Suggest creative sales strategies and promotional ideas.
Maintain CRM, google sheets, to do, pending tasks, daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Track leads, follow-ups, demos, conversion ratios, and revenue performance.
Coordinate with marketing, technical, and management teams.
Excellent communication (written + verbal)
Strong sales confidence and negotiation skills

Ability to explain software products clearly (training will be provided)
Good command over MS Office, AI Usage, Canva & Google Workspace
Strong follow-up mechanism and persistence
Ability to handle objections and convert them into opportunities

Quick learner with a positive attitude
Any Graduate (BBA, MBA preferred but not mandatory)
1+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Consulting / Tele-Sales
