We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive for our HR Consultancy.
Key Responsibilities:
Bringing new clients for recruitment services
Understanding client requirements and hiring needs
Onboarding new clients and managing relationships
Maintaining client and requirement data properly
Handling LinkedIn activities (lead generation, follow-ups, networking)
Working in a target-oriented environment
Requirements:
Prior experience in HR Consultancy / Recruitment Firm is mandatory
Good communication and client-handling skills
Strong understanding of recruitment processes
Target-driven and self-motivated
Preferred Candidate:
Experience in business development for HR/recruitment consultancy
Ability to close clients independently
