Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation:
  Research and identify potential clients, industries, and business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, emails, networking, social media).

• Client Outreach & Relationship Building:
  Initiate communication with potential clients, understand their business needs, and maintain positive client interactions.

• Sales Support:
  Assist in the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and sales reports. Support the sales process from lead identification to closure.

• Market Research:
  Conduct basic market research to understand industry trends, competition, and customer needs.

• Database Management:
  Maintain and update CRM systems with client information, activities, and follow-up tasks.

• Collaboration:
  Work closely with the senior business development team and marketing department to execute campaigns and strategies.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• 1 – 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Good analytical and problem-solving ability.

• Proactive attitude, target-oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office applications.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

• Basic understanding of B2B sales process is a plus.
