Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to grow our HR Services portfolio including recruitment solutions, payroll and compliance services, HR consulting, compensation advisory, training programs and ongoing HR support services.
The role will focus on acquiring new corporate clients, understanding their HR challenges, presenting customized HR solutions and driving revenue through long-term partnerships.
The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales skills, consultative approach and experience working with HR or corporate services.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth
Identify and acquire new corporate clients for HR services
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital campaigns and partnerships
Schedule meetings with HR heads, founders and business leaders
Present HR service offerings aligned to client business needs
Close service contracts and recurring revenue deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
HR Solutions Consulting & Sales
Understand client workforce challenges related to:
Hiring and talent acquisition
Payroll processing and compliance
HR policy and structure gaps
Compensation and incentive planning
Training and development needs
Recommend appropriate HR service solutions
Design customized service proposals
Explain service scope, timelines and value clearly
Position services as long-term business support not one-time transactions
Account Management & Relationship Building
Maintain strong relationships with active clients
Ensure repeat business and upselling of HR services
Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional HR solutions
Act as primary contact for client coordination
Support long-term client retention
Market Development & Expansion
Identify new industry segments and business opportunities
Build partnerships with startups, SMEs and enterprises
Track HR market trends and client demand
Provide feedback to management on service improvement and new offerings
Sales Pipeline & Reporting
Maintain structured CRM or lead tracking system
Track leads, proposals, conversions and revenue
Prepare regular sales performance reports
Forecast upcoming revenue opportunities
Highlight challenges and closure risks
Coordination with Internal HR Delivery Teams
Ensure smooth handover of clients after deal closure
Align client expectations with service delivery scope
Support resolution of client queries and escalations
Ensure high service satisfaction and continuity
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR or related field
1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in:
HR services
Recruitment agencies
Payroll or compliance firms
Consulting or professional services
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and presentation ability
Relationship management skills
Target-driven mindset
