Job Description

We are hiring a Business Development Executive for our Sales & Customer Support team.


Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads.
• Explain SFPL products and services.
• Explain SFPL device, web portal and mobile application.
• Conduct basic product demonstrations.
• Handle customer queries and after-sales support.
• Maintain customer and lead records.
• Coordinate with the technical team when required.
• Follow up with customers until enquiry/sales closure.


Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply; experienced candidates and suitable female candidates will be given preference.
• Good Hindi and Gujarati communication.
• Basic English communication.
• Confident on telephone calls.
• Good computer and internet knowledge.
• Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to learn technical products/software.
