Job Title:

Sales Executive

Job Summary:

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and achieving assigned revenue targets by promoting products or services to clients. This role requires building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Act as a point of contact for customer queries and provide exceptional service.

Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

Market Research and Analysis:

Research market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to refine strategies.

Sales Reporting:

Prepare and present sales reports, including sales activity, revenue, and performance against targets.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM tools.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of products/services.

Share insights and best practices with team members to foster growth and innovation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Proven track record in sales, with at least 1–3 years of experience (depending on level).

Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
