🔧 Job Role & Responsibilities:Manage and respond to IndiaMART inquiries and follow-upsCommunicate with clients via calls, WhatsApp, and emailPrepare quotations, send emails, and follow up on ordersBasic accounting tasks – preparing bills, checking invoices, payment remindersDownload and submit tender documents, maintain tender updatesSchedule meetings and appointments with clientsDaily reporting of work and updates to the DirectorDocument filing, data entry, and Excel sheet maintenanceCommunicate professionally with vendors, customers, and transporters---🧠 Skills Required:Knowledge of computer operations (Excel, Word, Email, etc.)Basic understanding of IndiaMART and government tender websites (training will be provided)Good communication skills in English and HindiFast learner, responsible, and punctual---🎓 Eligibility:Minimum (Graduates preferred – BBA/B.Com background is a plus)1+ year of experience preferred (Freshers can apply if confident and skilled)Female candidates preferred, but males may also apply if suitable---⏰ Working Hours:Monday to Saturday – 10:00 AM to 6:30 PMLocation: Sector 23_, Faridabad---💰 Salary:₹12,000 – ₹25,000/month (Based on skills & experience)
