Job Description

Job Title: Tender & Compliance Executive (GeM/Government Bidding)

Location: Delhi | Experience: Minimum 2–3 years (freshers need not apply)

Responsibilities

Identify and track relevant tenders on GeM/CPPP

Prepare BOQs, technical & financial bids

Ensure compliance with eligibility docs (turnover certificate, EMD, OEM authorization, MSME/Udyam)

Coordinate with CA, bank, and OEMs for documentation

Track bid results, deadlines, and contract renewals

Requirements

2+ years' hands-on experience in government tender/GeM bidding (mandatory)

Strong knowledge of BOQ, EMD, PBG, and tender T&Cs

Proficient in MS Excel and documentation

Good coordination skills with govt departments/OEMs

Note: Only candidates with proven tender/bidding experience will be considered.
