Engage with inbound leads provided by the company and convert them into paying clients.
Understand client requirements and pitch our digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website Development, Lead Generation, etc.).
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
Follow up on leads consistently and achieve monthly sales targets.
Keep track of client feedback and share insights for service improvement.
Proven experience in business development / sales, preferably in digital marketing or IT services.
Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, Websites).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle client queries and provide solutions confidently.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of sales/business development experience in digital marketing preferred.
Freshers with strong digital marketing knowledge and good communication skills can also apply.
