Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Engage with inbound leads provided by the company and convert them into paying clients.

  • Understand client requirements and pitch our digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website Development, Lead Generation, etc.).

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.

  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.

  • Follow up on leads consistently and achieve monthly sales targets.

  • Keep track of client feedback and share insights for service improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development / sales, preferably in digital marketing or IT services.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, Websites).

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to handle client queries and provide solutions confidently.

  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • Minimum 1–2 years of sales/business development experience in digital marketing preferred.

  • Freshers with strong digital marketing knowledge and good communication skills can also apply.
