Job Summary:

Shoption Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and innovative R&D Executive to lead the development of new products and improve existing offerings. The ideal candidate will drive innovation, conduct market and product research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into commercially successful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research to identify customer needs, market trends, and product opportunities.

Innovate and develop new products or improve existing products in line with market demands and company goals.

Collaborate with product, marketing, design, and technical teams for product development.

Create prototypes, conduct testing, and oversee quality assurance processes.

Analyze data and research findings to support strategic decisions.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.

Maintain documentation of research, testing, and development activities.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.

6 month–1 years of experience in an R&D role, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods.

Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of product development lifecycle and innovation processes.

Proficiency in research tools, data analysis, and documentation.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with consumer behavior data or product testing.

Familiarity with sustainability and eco-friendly product innovations.

Creative thinking with a practical mindset for product feasibility.
